We could not be more pleased with our experience working with Judy and Extraordinary travel. My boyfriend and I were looking for a relaxing, tropical vacation for our trip this year where we could unwind and be taken care of. Judy took into account everything we were looking for when it came to a location and picked out the perfect resort for us. The booking process could not have been more seamless and quick. We had absolutely everything taken care of from the moment we touched down in Jamaica including private transfer from the hotel to our resort. Just have to brag about Judy & Extraordinary Travel. We gave her very short notice about our trip to Europe, 3 weeks. She was able to book flights, reserve hotels in the best area that were fabulous, rail service and cars. The best was the tours she set up in Rome with Alex and Florence with Scot & Rina. We literally had THE BEST week of our lives!!! Our resort was absolutely beautiful, very small and private, and right in the center on Vail Village! The staff was small, but that was awesome because we got to know everyone very well! The fireplace in our room was amazing and so romantic and the floors in the bathroom were heated, which was such a luxury! We honestly didn’t make any plans or reservations prior to traveling because we kind of just wanted to play it by ear and that was the best thing we could have ever done! We went down to breakfast in the resort every day between 7:30-9:00 am and then went back to the room to enjoy the fireplace. By 10:30/11:00 we headed to one of the three villages (all within walking distance but there was also a very convenient bus that ran every 4-6 minutes. We visited several of the resorts, shops, and restaurants, and made friends everywhere that we went.

We would order an appetizer or meal to split wherever we went in lieu of a big meal. This was so perfect for us because we got to try so many amazing dishes! On Christmas Day, we splurged and had one of the best meals of our lives at Matsuhisa, which is a restaurant by one of Lincoln’s idol chefs. We had met a bartender at a different restaurant that hooked us up with her friend at Matsuhisa and she (her name was Koleen) treated us like royalty...to be honest, we were pretty much treated like royalty wherever we went! We dropped ornaments from our wedding (leftover party favors) wherever we felt like and we also gave them to all of our best service employees with notes on the back. We rode the gondola up to the top of the mountain only once (both gondola and lift passes were VERY expensive) but it was amazing up there and since we are not avid skiers, we really didn’t need to go up more than once. Long story short, Lincoln and I have a 3 year plan to get our lives together and move to Vail! Haha We can’t thank you enough for helping us get to our dream Christmas paradise!!!

Our trip was fabulous and we really appreciated all your help at the front end as well as along the way! The trip was, indeed, extraordinary! We loved all the places we went and only wish we had more time in certain places, such as Vienna! The tour guides on all the excursions were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The ship staff was wonderful, all very personable as well. Everything was really well-organized! The program director was really well-informed as well and we found the port talks and other lectures, such as about Mozart and Viennese coffeehouses, all the locks (27!), and more, very enjoyable and educational. We met some really nice people and hope to stay in touch with a few of them. We would definitely take another river cruise and would definitely enlist your services again.

Today I cannot live without Judy and her team at Extraordinary Travel, they take the best care of us. Honestly, I thought for a long time that travel agents were obsolete, you can get everything you need at the best prices online, right? WRONG. Airlines do not post EVERY flight online, just some of them. My wife and I were planning a trek in Patagonia. We priced out flights online and then emailed Judy. Judy not only saved us serious money, but she also provided a near perfect itinerary for 2 weeks worth of travel in South America. This included lots of one way flights, airport transfers, and an amazing hotel recommendation in Buenos Aires. The money we saved on our flights we used for travel insurance (another wonderful service offered) as well as a not one, but two high end dinners in Buenos Aires. I have two kids, and our family travels often. We only use Judy and Extraordinary Travel. Better flight times, better prices, better service.
